For over a decade, Montemurro Holdings has been an integrated, family-owned building acquisitions, development and property management (of own properties) company. Over this time we have grown steadily, developing, building and managing quality residential and industrial properties, with long-term ownership as our foremost goal. This long-term view gives us a true and personal pride of ownership. We only select and acquire sites that are superior locations. We design, construct and renovate our buildings with a great attention to detail and a refusal to compromise. It is because we seek to exceed industry standards for functionality and design, our approach is very hands-on at all levels. We believe that maintaining high standards is good business for us and for the people and businesses that call our buildings home: After all, our ultimate objective is maintaining ownership of our buildings many years into the future.
